Job Summary:
The Legal Reporting / Systems Analyst is responsible for managing case data related to replevin and asset recovery matters, generating accurate and timely reports, and maintaining up-to-date legal records within the case management system. This role supports internal teams and clients by tracking case progress, reporting on recovery efforts, and ensuring data integrity across all replevin activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports on replevin actions, impound recoveries, and case status updates
  • Maintain and update replevin case files, including court activity, recovery status, and documentation
  • Track key milestones such as filings, recoveries, title updates, and lien resolutions
  • Monitor data accuracy within the case management system and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate case updates, reporting results, and recovery metrics to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in managing timelines and compliance requirements for replevin and related proceedings
  • Support process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and case tracking visibility
  • Collaborate with legal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless information flow across all matters
Qualifications:
  • Experience with case management systems, preferably in replevin, collections, or asset recovery
  • Strong reporting, data analysis, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to relay technical information clearly to clients
